Hardin Chamber Friday Events Pops in the Park Logo Pops in the Park

First Federal Savings Bank presents their 21st Annual "Pops in the Park" featuring The Louisville Orchestra. The evening is a casual event with blankets/lawn chairs, performed at Freeman Lake under the stars!


Admittance is only an $8.00 donation to The United Way of Central Kentucky. After the performance, the evening will end with a spectacular fireworks show given by Zambelli Internationale, the producers of Thunder Over Louisville.

PARKING
Parking will be along the Historic 31W Corridor and US Hwy 62 including Downtown Elizabethtown. Cruise parking opens at 10:00a.m. on Saturday.

Comcast Saturday Events Monarchs Monarchs

The evening concludes with a street concert starting at 7:30pm (free) featuring THE MONARCHS from Louisville, KY. They are celebrating their 50th year and will take you back to the 50-60's era with their music!


Your admittance to the event: A Can of Food or Canned product to help feed the needy through the efforts of Feeding America, Helping Hand and North Hardin Hope.

DOUBLE FEATURE
A Double Feature will be shown at 2:00pm at The Historic State Theatre featuring: American Graffiti and Smokey and the Bandit (Brought to you by Universal Studios and Comcast) Admission is a can of food!

THE SOCK HOP
The State Theatre will host a day of fun, games and activities and will bring back "The Sock Hop" Starting at 1:00pm with Dick Clark impersonator to Downtown E-town. All Proceeds Will Benefit The Alzheimers Association Alzheimers Association

BREAKFAST
Arrive early Saturday and enjoy breakfast provided by the State Theatre and The Heritage Council for $5.00 (Breakfast served from 7:30 a.m. till 9:30 a.m.) at The Historic State Theatre.

BBQ COOK-OFF
There will be a Bar-B-Que Cook Off featuring ribs, brisket, pulled pork and chicken. All food cooked will be available to enjoy during day for a small price!

Vendors
Multiple auto vendors available to showcase their products. Also street vendors selling ice cream and all the crowd pleasers.
